Hailing from the halls of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music jazz department, are alt-jazz/neo-soul outfit, AZURE.

Comprised of Alice Kerr (voice), Zackary Keleher (keys) and Regan Hickey (electric/double bass), the trio produce a sound encompassing the traditions of jazz with a contemporary flavour. While often experimental and somewhat unconventional, the resulting sound is one born from a shared love of the jazz language and its avenues of exploration.

On October 9th, we celebrate the new generation and the students of jazz. Former PBC student, Regan Hickey, returns to the Gold Coast with his new ensemble from the Queensland Conservatorium. The is an all ages gig and we welcome students (YOUTH TICKET 15years & under).
