SEALEVEL – The Art of Awareness is a personal photographic project documenting the abstract nature of the ocean at sea level.

For over forty years, Melbourne born Ted Grambeau has been consumed by his quest to capture the world through his lens. An obsession that has taken him on adventures in over 100 countries and into remote locations in search of undiscovered waves.

He is most at home when immersed in the ocean and as such Sealevel -The Art of Awareness presents as a dynamic body of work of observation of light, it’s nuances, complexities and varying interactions with the elements.

SeaLevel is a project close to his heart and at first glance it’s a stunning collection of abstract imagery, On deeper investigation you’ll discover Ted has captured through his lens, magical moments of dancing light, and glimpses of the sea becoming reflective images documenting the truth of an event: the invisible nature of climate change.

“Photography is more than a passion, it is my Life.”
