Alternator Poetry is a monthly event held at the Dust Temple in Currumbin. We aim to create a space where anyone with a passion for poetry can come and have their voice heard. A platform for bright expression, dark expression, rainbow expression! Whatever storms stir in your soul you can come and share them with us. Rotating between Poetry Jams (a free sharing open mic) and Poetry SLAMS that bring a higher pulse and playful competitive element we strive to thrive like a burning nerve of creation and bring some new seeds of culture into bloom on the Gold Coast.
