Cooking Social – Stuffed Chiles, Salsas & Mezcal Mixology
Cooking socials are a shorter class than the weekend master classes, 3 hours in the kitchen with your new foodie friends (classmates) preparing a classic Mexican snack, salsa and popular dish.
We get up close and personal with chiles! making our hot sauces from scratch and preparing CHILES RELLENOS – Poblano peppers stuffed with cheese or meats, battered fried and served with Mexican rice. We will also explore mixing a mezcal cocktail to enjoy along the way.
