Shaun Kirk – Back to Basics Tour

Renowned for his electrifying ‘one man band’ style performances, singer-songwriter and troubadour Shaun Kirk is happy to announce he is stripping things back this Autumn on his ‘Back To Basics’ tour. 

Off the back of an epic ‘Holding Onto Hope’ tour which saw him journey across Australia & New Zealand over the period of 11 months, Kirk is re-connecting with his beloved old acoustic guitar in a series of ‘unplugged’ style shows.

“I want to step outside my comfort zone, which funny enough, means doing less” says the 34 year old. “I’ve been playing the one man band show for years now, and have been craving to change things up and challenge myself for some time. These shows are going to be like nothing I’ve done since I began touring more than a decade ago, which feels both scary and exciting!”

Kirk will be giving audiences an up close and personal glimpse into the songs from his growing back catalogue, sharing their backstories in his trademark charismatic style, and showcasing a bunch of new material he’s been writing over the past 12-18 months, all in their rawest form.
