Tyler Cooney – Modern Ideal Tour

Tyler Cooney is a Brisbane based guitarist and composer. As well as leading and co-leading his own projects Monsterra, Headland, and as a solo jazz artist, he performs as a sideman in a number of other genre diverse ensembles including Kerbside Collection and Dezzie D And The Stingrayz. His latest release, “Modern Ideal”, is a guitar trio album of original jazz that features Tim Firth on drums and Nick Quigley on double bass. On the 4th of September his trio will be wrapping up the east coast Australian tour for the album at Dust Temple, and will feature Elliot Parker on double bass and Chris Evans on drums.
