We invite you on a journey to Rhodes, Greece, with a new instalment of the Dust Temple Traveller’s Table. The island of Rhodes, nestled in the shimmering waters of the South Aegean Sea, has much to offer to the curious traveller. Modern-day Rhodes is a blend of medieval architecture and cosmopolitan sensations, and we’re excited to take you on this journey to this unique region of the planet. In the firelit courtyard, to the sound of Greek music and the movement of the Zeibekoko dance, enjoy flavour-rich dishes of freshly caught octopus, servings of golden saganaki, and fresh loaves of homemade bread while a lamb slowly roasts on a spitfire. Close at hand, bottles of Greek wine and glasses of beer enhance conversation and laughter. This will be a night to indulge your senses, in the warm glow of the firelit courtyard at Dust Temple.
